Do I need to arrive at the start of the play session?

Whilst we recommend arriving as close to the start of the play session as possible, when our café is at it’s cleanest and tidiest, you are welcome to come anytime during the play session.

Do you need to book for babies under 12 months?

Yes. All people attending need to be included in the session booking, adults, children and babies. Babies under 12 months are free, please book a spot so we can manage seating 

Can I bring a pram?

Whilst prams are permitted, due to limited space we kindly ask that you do not bring them unless your baby is likely to sleep in it during the play session.

Can I bring in food to consume in the café?

We kindly ask that food and drinks are not bought into the café, with the exception of children’s drink bottles.

If you or your child has a dietary requirement, you can bring in food, but we ask that you advise management on arrival.
