Steps

  1. Download our booking form 

  2. Please fill in our booking form

  3. Return it to info@hopscotchplaycafe.com.au or drop it into the café   

  4. Deposit is due at time of booking  

  5. Final numbers to be confirmed 5 days prior to party.

  6. Full payment is required 2 days before your party.

 

 

 

Terms and Conditions:

100% of the deposit is non-refundable.  Deposit can be made via eftpos or credit card at the café or via funds transfer. Deposit is due at time of booking

Acc Number: 825541.  Please enter your surname & party date in the reference.

It is a requirement that any additional food and /or drinks other than the Birthday Cake, Lolly Bags and Baby Food that is bought into Hopscotch by a patron will have previously been discussed with and approved by management. 

Final numbers to be confirmed 3 - 5 days prior to party.  

We kindly ask that you conclude your party within 15 minutes of the nominated finish time.  A 30-minute additional charge fee may be incurred if this does not occur.

Hopscotch Play Café can be hired for other private functions e.g. Baby showers. Additional half hour is $70 & is available for 3pm parties only (subject to availability)  – to be confirmed at the time of booking.
