If you are looking for a private birthday party option that offers both uniqueness and affordability, then Hopscotch Play Café is the ideal venue. 

Book your child’s Birthday Party with us and enjoy the exclusive hire of our play café..!  Yes, that’s right, we only host 1 party during each party time, giving you peace of mind knowing the children are in a safe environment with family and friends, whilst allowing adult guests to socialize.  Party guests will enjoy our imaginative play areas designed for children aged 1-5 years of age. 

Our party area can accommodate up to 28 children and 40 adults.

As the parent/s of the birthday child, you can purchase food & drinks for adults, by ordering our delicious platters & have a coffee tab (optional) so we can serve barista made coffee to your adult guests. A 2-hour play café hire is included in your hire for a 2 hour party.  You can arrive 15 minutes prior to your party start time to set up decorations, a cake, lolly bags and relax before your guests arrive 😊

Thursday and Friday - 9am – 11am, 12pm – 2pm, 3pm – 5pm, 4pm - 6pm, 5pm - 7pm

Saturday and Sunday 9am – 11am, 12pm – 2pm, 3pm – 5pm

 

Prices:

$440 per party for up to 12 children including the birthday child

$21  per additional child

What’s included in the Birthday Party package:

• 2-hour play café hire for a 2 hour party

• Present for Birthday child

• Food and drink for party guests (as per the number of children)

• Printable Birthday Invitation

• Table Cloth and Plate/cup colour of your choice (you can provide themed plates/cups at your cost)

• Party host to set up tables, serve food and drinks and clean up – we do all the hard work so you get to enjoy your little ones special day!

 

Terms and Conditions:

100% of the deposit is non-refundable.  Deposit can be made via eftpos or credit card at the café or via funds transfer. Deposit is due at time of booking

It is a requirement that any additional food and /or drinks other than the Birthday Cake, Lolly Bags and Baby Food that is bought into Hopscotch by a patron will have previously been discussed with and approved by management. 

Final numbers to be confirmed the week of your party. 

We kindly ask that you conclude your party within 15 minutes of the nominated finish time.  A 30-minute additional charge fee may be incurred if this does not occur.

Hopscotch Play Café can be hired for other private functions e.g. Baby showers.  The cost for the Play Café hire is $300 for a 2-hour hire.  Additional half hour is only $70 & is available for 3pm party times (subject to availability) – to be confirmed at the time of booking.
